We strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please follow the policies below.
If you want to exchange your item(s) for a different size, color, or new product you can do so by returning the item within 30 days from date of purchase. The shipping costs will be covered by you.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, name, and reason and we will send the return address. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Please check availability on woodngrail.com.
Due to the nature of our apparel and hats, we do not accept returns.
