Shipping rates will vary depending on order size. Free shipping applies automatically on orders over $100. This is subject to change. 

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns. 

Exchanges are only accepted for the same product (i.e. size up or size down). Not applicable to hats, as hats are all one size. Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery of the item.

Outside of size exchanges within the alotted 7 day time period, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Woodn Grail partners with ecommerce package protection company, Recura, to provide Woodn Grails’s shipping Protection. As such, Recura assumes liability for the following (provided the customer purchased Recura protection during their initial purchase):


  • Lost - Any package that has not received a tracking scan within the last 7 business days.
  • Stolen - Any qualified package that is reported stolen (provided it is reported within 14 days of having a delivery scan).
  • Damaged - Any package where there is visible damage to the product as a result of     shipping (provided it is reported within 14 days of having a delivery scan).



If you have any questions regarding your order or believe your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, simply visit Woodn Grail’s Claim Portal and be prepared to provide the following information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Claim/Question

Please note: You will receive a response to your claim within 1-2 business days. In the event of your package being lost, stolen or damaged, Recura may require additional information to determine the status of your claim. Recura Shipping Protection is offered in select countries only. For international claims, please allow 60-80 days for claim processing. This time period is due to possible delays from the shipping carrier shipping to certain destinations around the world. Recura does not refund orders delayed due to strikes.
